As Chief Financial Officer, Peter brings 24 years of manufacturing experience and has held not only senior finance positions but general management and managing director posts as well. He gained his experience with multinational, multi-site companies varying in size, complexity, and product offerings. Some of these companies include Eberspaecher GMBH, Nueva Pescanova, Katcon Mexico and Faurecia.

Over his esteemed career, Peter has been instrumental in the development and implementation of world-class operating systems, not only in finance but operational elements as well. Peter’s success comes from solid, sound business basics which he uses to create a solid foundation for future profitable growth.

Peter is a qualified Charted Accountant who completed his training and certification with PricewaterhouseCoopers and holds a Post Graduate Degree from the University of South Africa as well as Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of South Africa and Nelson Mandela University. He is also a Queens College alumnus.

He will drive best practices in lean manufacturing and global supply chain across all of KV’s business units. His focus will be on Supply Chain resilience and supplier partnerships while establishing short and long-term Operational strategies and the management operating systems to execute them.

David held the position of Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations, developing and driving multi-site, vertically integrated Operations strategies for Canada, US, Mexico, and Brazil. He has prior experience in Smart Access Solutions Operations, Global ATM manufacturing, and the telecommunication’s industry. As a Lean Six Sigma Black belt, coupled with his 27 years of international manufacturing and supply chain experience, David provides strong leadership and core knowledge of vertically integrated Operations, Industry 4.0 ERP/MES systems, global Supply Chain management, and multi-site Operational footprint strategies.

David received a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Cleveland State University, holds his master’s degree in business administration from Kent State University. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds Lean Manufacturing certifications from the University of Michigan.

Jeff brings over 35 years of senior-level leadership experience across various industries and companies, including BrandSafway; Honeywell, and Owens Corning. Over the course of his career, he has been instrumental in the successful exit of four businesses. Jeff earned a BS with a dual major in marketing and supply chain management from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
